Oh yeah!
Features 1 through 4 are now working as advertised!

The thick armor has a hit-chance size of 8, while most internals have a hit-chance size of 1 or 2.

Also working is the QNP; each engine gives 1 speed, but the *size* of engine you need depends on what is installed on the hull.
This design added 10 engines with an average rating of 640kt, and then added stuff until the hull was 640kt.
Engine sizes can be mixed and matched to provide just enough thrust for your odd-sized designs Smile

I suppose that's because the ordnance bay just got blown out, and nobody has tried to reload an ordnance-using weapon yet Smile
