Posted: Mon Sep 06, 2010 5:15 pm Post subject: FIdI seeking Mercenary Contracts in the West.
As previously announced here, Fii has decided to branch out into the Mercenary business. This should not worry our financial customers; Fii will continue to offer the highest quality of financial services around. But a severe shortage of Mercenary Corporations has presented opportunities for profit that would be unethical to ignore.
For the time being, Fii's military wing, Fortuitous Incursion deterrent and Intrusions (FIdI, for short), is focusing it's attention on the West. This is due mainly to CEO dumbluck's time at FI&I, where he gained an intimate knowledge of the military status in the region. However, job requests from the east will not be turned away out of hand.
Does the Fii still hold a mercenary branch? I seek remove western assets form the FWSN contract we currently hold.
As can be seen, the forces in the region are not the largest, and work is being performed to resolve that. However, I feel that it is a capable grouping that could greatly assist the region, should a vigorous and imaginative person lead it.
The contract would be the same as the current one held with the FWSN:
-DCI provides all vessels, fighters and troops (if necessary). Maintenance is paid for by DCI, with 10% of maintenance paid to the contracted mercenary, as operating costs.
-DCIM fleet will remain in designated system, with exceptions for empty carriers collecting fighters. DCI may also grant wider, multi-system regions, or allow for the most of the fleet to join other combat fleets for limited times.
-Contracted mercenaries can purchase fighters from other Companies or System Lords, as long as items are below 120% of production cost (and fall in to the DCIM fighter complement guideline - DCI can grant a waiver on this), and DCI will reimburse when notified. Ship purchases must gain assent from DCI first. System Lord Khizlek of DynaCorp Industries (PBC SEIV). Back to top
