Recently, Fortuitous Investments, Inc. ran into budgetary issues, where it had to liquidate assets in order to avoid resource spoilage. While that situation has passed, it brought into painful focus the fact that basic, Federal-issue storage will no longer be adequate for Fii's long term needs. Therefore, research into a suitable location Fii could use as a Resource Storage Facility was begun. Now, Fii is pleased to announce that it has agreed to terms with FPG to lease the many resource storage facilities of Lunai I. This will roughly double Fii's current, Federal-issue storage capacity. More storage is critical to the continued healthy long-term growth of the company.

In addition, ground has been broken on a new, state-of-the-art Fii Headquarters Building, to be built in the HIR district of Lunai I. Once construction is completed in approximately three years, administration of Fii will be centralized into this new location. Fii anticipates a smooth transition to the new offices, once completed, and no interruptions of local services are expected. Local offices will remain open, and will continue to serve the public at large.
