Permission from race authors

So, I'm working on Hungarian translation of SE V. I have to modify (translate) the new races to work in the Hungarian edition. I do it to myself, but if I want to make it public I need the permission of you, dear race creators. So, who allow me to make the Hungarian edition of his/her race downloadable in my website, please tell me.
Of course I will write your names next to the race (and the original readme is included), so everybody will know the creators' name,etc.

I have got permission from Kwayne, yet.

I don't mind you changing the Galactic empire; I'd suggest getting Atrocities' permission as well.
