You're right! I think I have at least one of the shipsets you mention.
One of them has a female race portrait, if I remember correctly.
It would be wonderful if someone created a Spock-with-a-goatee race portrait to go with the ships!

Okay - Here's my version of the Mirror Universe Terran Empire with a goatee'd evil Spock as the race portrait.
I also included a folder with large version of his picture, in case someone wanted to use it for some SE5 version.
