If you have a special racial trait like crystalline or organic (or worse, both!), or you find a ruins version of one of those techs, your hull list will get REALLY cluttered! Why are there so many hulls?! You already have the ship shell technology; why not expand on that system, and reduce the number of hulls? Were you intending to prevent refitting from, say, an organic hull to a crystalline hull? I guess it's realistic, but it's just such a pain to scroll through all those hulls, since there's no way to obsolete them... That's no space station - it's a spreadsheet! Back to top
