Are you able to make your own events and where could I easily find the codes to make the event work?
Example Giving a player a random planet from a random sector?
Or give the player 25,000 of a random resource?
Yes! I do like random events and random things it makes the game interesting
Thank you in advance Back to top

Yes, you can; take a look in the SE5/Utilities/ScriptParser folder. There is a tool you can use to compile scripts. The stock scripts are stored in subfolders; what you do is you make a copy of the stock script, then edit it in a text editor, then load it into the script parser tool and compile it. That's no space station - it's a spreadsheet! Back to top

Could you elaborate more on this or give me an example. Sorry im a newbie and still trying to soak this all in. Thank you! Back to top
What my event script does is give you a chance each turn to get a free tech level in any tech area you have partial progress in. That's no space station - it's a spreadsheet! Back to top
