Ok,

Another thing found in this mode ...
is naming of the planets in systems ... planets I, II names are correctly displayed, and after that no numbers just letters begin to appear ( if star has more then 2 planets )

Hmm... It would appear that the AI colonizes planets without putting any population on them... And, if you destroy their planets(s) with population, but not the zero pop ones, the game hangs on the next turn... When it gets to the player with no pop, it just says they are taking their turn and never moves beyond that point... Doesn't crash, just... stops.

I think I have found the issue, something I did in the AI scripts for the setup. The dark terrans are the issue, try removing that empire, if it continues I may have more issues...
