Looking to refinance some loans. Can you help? Or should I go to the current lien holder?

Loans in question are the following:

Falcon Patrol Contract, 10 months, 22520/0/16720

Fleet Escort Contract, 10 months, 28410/19480/16770

Was thinking of extending the payments out on both contracts by 10 months each. Need to know if the lien holder can be paid off, and what the interest and monthly payment would be.

Ah, hello.

So, if I understand this right, you wish to have the Bank pay out the remainder of the contracts, using a loan that will be repaid over a period of 18-20 months?

This is correct. Though I will have to look at my current finances. It appears that I have come into a sum of money from the recent death of a Great Uncle of mine. The refinance may not be required. I would be interested in hearing details just in case.

Well, given the current instability of resource values, I would have to offer 1% interest per month. I should be able to do better once things settle down however.

I will check finances next month, and see if I still need the loan, and will factor in the 1% interest. Thank you for the info. I will get back to you.
