Greetings System Lord,
I know you just took over the reigns here, but I need to inform you of a pressing issue.
As per Naval Law Section 2.1 you are only entitled to operate 4 'Military Grade' vessels at one time. As of 2409.2 when the warning was orignally issued. You had the following:
2409.2 -- NOTE: This System Lord is in violation of Naval Law. They are over their allotted limit of military grade vessels. They should consider selling, or mothballing surplus military grade ships. If not done in a timely manner, they may be subject to fines and or confiscation.
Seeing as how you just took over things, we would be willing to give you a 3 month additional grace period. So it being 2409.4, you would have until 2409.7 to resolve the situation before punative action is initiated.
Thank you for your time,
FSL Kana, CNO F.W.S.N.

( it seems that the little yellow icon saying a new message is here is not working for this part :S)
