When I download the zip file, I get a file that's named right, and the history seems right, but the contents are only the 105+ AI patch.
So I can't play my 1.09 game ;-;

I double-checked the contents of the .zip and .rar files available for download - they are both correct.
It is a patch intended to overwrite an existing v1.09 install - it's not a complete self-contained version.

So I ned to re-add the B.09 patch and PBW patch after the SEV1.58 patch?
Confusing.

If you still had any one of 1.09 versions, you just needed to extract the 109pbw patch into the game types folder. It would overwrite a couple of data files and update the AI files.
And what made you think the contents were 105+ AI patch?

That's what the contents inside are called, the folder name.
It's similar to your AI-only patch from awhile back.
