This is the map compiler that was meant to be included in the 1.33 patch. It is included in the patch 1.35. To install, extract it into your SE5/Utilities folder (mapcompiler folder and all). Note that the map compiler is a work in progress. Any comments or bug reports should be emailed to Malfador (se5 at malfador dot com).
