About the Space Empires Network

The Space Empires Network (SE.net) is a fan-run site dedicated to the 4X (eXplore, eXpand, eXploit, eXterminate) Space Empires games by Malfador Machinations. It was established on August 1, 2003 by Nolan Kelly (aka Imperator Fyron), and is currently run by him as well. SE.net hosts hundreds of Space Empires files for download, ranging from custom mods to custom ship sets to programs designed to make using and/or modding the game(s) easier. SE.net provides a large repository of fan-written fictional stories, freely available to be read at your leisure. SE.net also hosts SpaceEmpires.net ModWorks, a site dedicated to advancing the art of creating custom modifications for Space Empires games.
